After you have reserved your spot in one of our modern, fully furnished apartments at Holleman Crossing, you will need to contact our staff to submit the required paperwork to finish your application. What does ‘Individual Leasing’ mean?
At Holleman Crossing, your lease will be for your specific bedroom. If a roommate moves out or transfers, you will not be responsible for their portion of rent and utilities.
Do I need my Parent/Guardian with me to sign a lease agreement?
No, your Parent/Guardian does not need to be with you to sign the lease.
How do I find roommates if I don’t already have one?

How long will my lease be?
Your lease will be for 12 months.
What utilities are in included with my rent?
Holleman Crossing provides expanded basic cable and premium internet, offering speeds up to 100Mb/s, with outlets in every bedroom and living area.
What utilities am I responsible for?
You will be responsible for covering your portion of electricity, water, sewer and trash. These charges will be automatically placed on your monthly rent bill and will be paid directly to the property. You will not have to worry about setting these services up with your roommates or even paying a different company for this.
Do I have to bring my own furniture or pay extra for a monthly furniture rental?
At Holleman Crossing, every apartment is fully furnished with premium furnishings and modern design finishes.
What appliances are provided in each apartment?
Our apartments provide you with high-quality black appliances, including a refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, stove & oven, dishwasher and a full size washer/dryer unit.
Do I have to carry Renter’s Insurance to live at Holleman Crossing?
Being a resident of Holleman Crossing does require you to have a minimum of $100,000 general liability insurance coverage, with proof required at move-in.
How do I pay my rent and when is it due?
Your rent and utilities payment is due on the 1st of every month, and may be paid with either a check or money order to the office or paid online with a debit or credit card through our resident portal on our website. We cannot accept cash. You will have a grace period to pay your rent until the 3rd of the month, after which rent would be considered late, with late fees accruing starting on the 4th of the month.
How do I get something fixed in my apartment?
Our friendly, on-site staff at Holleman Crossing is happy to help you take care of your maintenance requests. You can easily submit a work order by visiting or calling the office during business hours or send your request online through our resident portal anytime. If you would like to call in a maintenance request after business hours, you will follow the prompts to leave a message for ‘Maintenance.’ For Emergency Maintenance Requests (plumbing, non-functional AC/heat during weather extremes, non-functioning refrigerators, electrical outages, fires and floods) we are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Please CALL the office immediately during business hours or leave a message for ‘Emergency Maintenance’ after hours.

Every apartment is equipped with all of the appliances your student will need while living away from home, including a washer and dryer unit in each apartment. Aside from our apartments being built with student’s needs in minds, our clubhouse and amenities are ready to set your student up for success. With Wi-Fi enabled cozy study nooks, common learning areas for larger study groups and print stations accessible 24 hours per day, your student won’t have to travel far to finish up their assignments. Our clubhouse also boasts a state-of-the-art 24 hour Fitness Center and Media Lounge with billiards and ping-pong. Your future scholar won’t need to travel far to work hard or relax with a break from their studies! We also offer welcome packages and resident events, including tutoring, to help your student feel right at home.
At Holleman Crossing, our residents enjoy being close to campus, located right off of the intersection of Harvey Mitchell and Holleman. We are under 2 miles from TAMU and are on the Aggie Spirit Shuttle Line. We offer individual leases to our residents, so you don’t have to worry about being responsible for rent and utility portions due to a roommate moving out early. Also, you will only have to make one payment every month for rent and utilities. We don’t expect our residents to have to set up utilities in their name and split the cost with the roommates. Utilities not included in the rent are divided between the roommates and the charge is placed on the rent bill every month. Couple that with being able to make an online payment and not bother with a check, and you have ease of mind knowing your student is enjoying the very best living experience College Station has to offer!

We directly charge back your student’s portion of the use of these utilities.
When can I reserve a spot for my student at Holleman Crossing?
At Holleman Crossing, we recommend reserving your student’s housing as early as possible to ensure that they have the best living experience in College Station. You can easily reserve an apartment through our website and then submit the required application paperwork. If you will be a guarantor, we will also require a guarantor application from you with proof of income. Contact us and we can help guide your through the application process!
So, how do I become a Guarantor?
A guarantor application is a separate application from your student’s application. In order to qualify as a guarantor, you must be a US Citizen, at least 25 years of age or older and meet the financial requirement. Your guarantor form must be fully completed and notarized, and accompany your student’s application. The financial requirement is to provide proof of income that is equal or great to 5 times the monthly rent with continuous employment for one year prior to applying. We will screen your credit with this application. If the application is denied, we will notify you by mail.
Is my student required to have Renter’s Insurance at Holleman Crossing?
Yes, we require all of our residents to carry renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 general liability insurance coverage, with proof required at move-in.
Can my student bring their pet with them?
We love our fur-babies just as much as they love theirs, and couldn’t imagine living without them. Your student can bring their cat or dog, up to 70lbs with them to Holleman Crossing. Breed restrictions do apply, and there can be only 2 pets per apartment. Call our leasing office to answer any additional questions that you may have.
My student is wanting to have a roommate, but we don’t have anybody in mind. Can you help us find a roommate?
Holleman Crossing offers a comprehensive roommate matching service. You can stop by our leasing office or call for more information on help finding your future student’s roommate! Every resident will complete a resident profile sheet that will assist us in matching your student with a roommate. Once a match is found, we can give them the opportunity to meet the prospective roommates prior to moving in together.
